    Had a late (1045ish) breakfast here this morning and absolutely can recommend. There was about a 15 minute wait, which was well worth it. Be prepared, the portions are large, especially if you're ordering the cinnamon roll. Also saw large waffles and more. For my vegetarian friends, I had the huevos rancheros, ask for it with the roasted red salsa that has some grilled onions in it. And being a former San Antonioan, I was impressed with the beans as well. The green chili does have pork and one of the other salsas has chicken broth, so help your server out by letting them know if you're ordering vegetarian My hubby got a benedict and subbed mushrooms for the ham, and also was pleased. We both liked the coffee as well. Appreciated the helpful and friendly service. The environment is diner style and you might meet new friends if you're seated at one of the large tables.

    Great food and great service. Loved the homemade cinnamon rolls! The decor is very comfy and you have many sitting options. The menu also provides a lot of options especially for breakfast.

    This is one of those local places that I found right here on Yelp! Amazing!!! The service was great. These people were so friendly and so welcoming. You can tell it's a favorite. They were steady busy the whole time on a Tuesday morning. This food was like straight from my kitchen good. Fresh, homemade and plenty. We all had breakfast. Homemade biscuits, eggs, grits , bacon, pancakes and gravy. Fabulous!! My grandson had the Mickey Mouse pancake and he loved it. We will definitely be back when we are visiting again.
